Online Therapy
Let’s be honest, social distancing & COVID has put a lot of expected additional stress on all our lives.
We all deal with the obvious fears related to the “unknowns” that a pandemic situation brings up.
But it’s also brought up some unique issues like:
Having more time alone – this can bring up old distressing thoughts and memories that still bother you. Maybe you want to use this time to finally work through these issues and finally feel free.
Being single and quarantined alone – maybe you are feeling an intense longing for the right partner in your life and wanting to figure out how to get in a confident and secure place mentally so you can find that person.
Feeling “trapped” in small spaces with family members – you might have already had “issues” with your family and now this is causing you to feel irritable and down. Do you want to figure out why these people in your life “set you off” so much so you can feel stronger with your boundaries.
I’m here to help you feel your BEST through hard times by making therapy as easy to access and safe as possible.
Turn on your computer or tablet and let’s talk.
It’s that simple to have a therapy session from the convenience and privacy of your own home or office.

“I really don’t know how to get support I know I need. My work schedule involves crazy hours. There’s just so much traffic… I just want to drive straight home after work. I have a baby at home. and I’m just juggling so much as once.”
I totally understand. Southern California is a fast-paced place to live with notoriously bad traffic. I want to make seeking therapy as easy and accessible as possible.
“I know I need help because I feel alone and defeated a lot. I work remotely and don’t see people a lot. I’ve been thinking about starting therapy for a while… but I just don’t know how to make it work with my jam packed scheduled.”
I know how hard it is to finally take the first step toward seeking help. I don’t want you to have an excuse not to get started. I know once you take that first step and schedule an appointment, you’ll feel great.
Can’t be more convenient!
Online or “video” therapy sessions are as convenient as getting up and walking over to your computer. That’s it. I design sessions to make you feel just like you’re “in an office.” I’ll be seated in my office as we speak, using a secure video conferencing system. Any handouts I might provide you if you were in-office, I’ll have in a PDF format for you to look at.
Hmmm… okay, but is it as effective as in-person therapy?
Well, I think the best answer is what clients have told me: “It feels really like being in an office. And the best part is I didn’t have to leave work early. If online therapy was not an option, I’m not sure I would have gotten the help I needed at all.” I want you to feel like you have a lot of options. If you have a lighter work week or feel like the topic at hand is something you’d like to meet about in person, I’m flexible and will schedule you in-office as needed. Breathe a big sigh of relief… you don’t have to let things build up inside any longer. We’ll talk it through together. There is therapeutic help in a convenient online format that you’ll love.
Let’s Talk!
It’s easy to take the next step. Go ahead and Schedule a Call at a convenient time.

Frequently asked questions about online/video therapy:
I don’t live right in the Los Angeles area. But, I love your take on therapy and want to work with you. Can I still set up an appointment?
Glad you asked! I am licensed to provide online therapy anywhere in the State of California. So, if at the time of our appointment you’ll be in California, we’re good to go. Feel free to reach out to meet, and we can set up time to talk.
I feel like I’d like to know more about the “set up” of having an online therapy appointment. Can you explain it to me a little bit more?
Sure! To be certain our conversations are completely private, we won’t use “facetime.” Instead, we’ll use a secure video chat system that feels like you’re stepping into my virtual office. You’ll access this by either a quick free download OR, if you’d prefer, I’ll provide you with a direct link (no download needed).
At the time of our session, I’ll see you’re “in the virtual waiting room” and call you. We’ll be able to see each other face-to-face, talk through problems, help you feel supported just like if you were sitting in person in my office.
More questions? Here’s my tip:
It’s hard to fully explain how easy and effective this process by just reading about it.
I’d recommend just trying a session online with me. That’s the easiest way to find out exactly how it feels and decide if it works for you.
