Reframe your relationship with narcissistic parents
and find a greater sense of self-love
Perhaps therapy started to help you…
…But now you want to deepen and expand your understanding of the difficult and complex feelings you started to uncover.
In this uplifting and enlightening 20-minute workshop, we’ll cover:
- How to understand, survive, and even thrive with a difficult or narcissistic Mom
- Coping skills to deal with a high-conflict parent
- Putting boundaries in place to reframe your relationship
- Creating a manifesto to support the healing process
- Taking steps on a journey to re-parent yourself
Do you get angry, sad, or just feel numb when interacting with your parents?
You might feel completely alone, like nobody ‘gets it.’
But I’m here to tell you, we do.
I’ve been on your journey.
I had to reparent myself as I grieved the loss of the Mom I wanted but never had.
I’ve lived through this experience and bring everything I’ve learnt to the table.
It’s taken me a long time to heal, and it’s something I work on every day.
With the right tools and techniques, it does get easier…
…But I couldn’t do it alone.
Meet Your Coach
Anna Hollaender-Bird, LMFT.
I’m Anna, a licensed therapist and coach based in California*. My work focuses on family and relationship concerns, and I’ve over a decade of experience helping clients delve into the issues holding them back.
With over 8,000 clinical hours and regular consultancy sessions at top-tier trauma centers, I offer compassionate and sisterly therapy that rebuilds confidence and provides focus.
I know first-hand that dealing with narcissistic parents is a sensitive and private topic. But I want people to know and feel they’re not alone.
I’m a firm believer in group coaching and the healing benefits that come from sharing within a community.
*Although I’m a licensed therapist in the state of California, I operate as an expert coach to provide these workshops. They follow a more structured and psycho-educational format than regular therapy sessions.
“It’s hard to put into words just how profound the outcomes have been in my life from working with Anna.”
I have gained invaluable perspective, deep emotional healing, self-compassion, confidence and self-trust from Anna’s gentle but direct, positive, safe and nurturing guidance.
I’m truly grateful for Anna and all the work we have done together.
“Through my work with Anna I have learned how to set and maintain boundaries with people I never thought I’d be able to set boundaries with.”
I feel less guilty and more confident when I do set boundaries because Anna has taught me why I’m doing it and why it’s important. My work with Anna has also included attachment work that has helped me learn to be kinder to myself on a regular basis. Thanks to Anna I can now slow down when I feel upset and remember to be compassionate with my self talk.
